The countdown is on for the 20th edition of the World Youth Scrabble Championship (WYSC), set to take place from 30 August to 1 September 2025 in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. Organized at the Sri Kuala Lumpur International School (Primary), the WYSC will once again bring together the brightest young Scrabble talents from across the globe. A Global Gathering of Youth Talent Since its inception in 2006, the WYSC has been the pinnacle event for young Scrabble players, offering a platform for rising stars to showcase their skills on the international stage. The 2025 edition promises to be one of the biggest yet, with around 300 players expected to compete, representing countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
