The event is scheduled to hold on 26 December 2025 at Merchant Club, Enerhen–Warri, with games commencing at 9:00am. The one–day tournament will feature 10 rated games and is open to both licensed and unlicensed players. A total prize pool of ₦500,000 has been confirmed, with only 50 slots available.
