Introducing the New WESPA Committee for 2025

The World English-language Scrabble Players Association (WESPA) has unveiled its newly constituted 2025 Executive Committee, featuring representatives from multiple continents and bringing together a diverse mix of experience, leadership, and global Scrabble expertise.

With WESPAC 2025 concluding in Accra and Scrabble’s worldwide visibility increasing, this new committee is poised to guide the next phase of global Scrabble growth.

The Miracle Grand Convention Hotel in Bangkok has been confirmed as the official venue for the Causeway Challenge 2026, taking place from 29th May to 1st June 2026 according to Michael Tang This year’s event promises to be bigger than ever with 500 players competing across 5 Divisions in an open tournament format.
